Make Mashu the only active Pyinfra target. Configure SSH, NetBird, kernel settings, host services, and native nftables. Install a pinned single-node K3s server and keep its API private through NetBird.

Install the current stable non-HA Argo CD release through Pyinfra. Keep its services private and create the manual-sync Mashu root application. Keep K3s upgrades behind one inventory version setting.
